This site uses no cookies, neither for profiling nor for statistics. No pixels, no tools that count or follow visits. Fonts and images are hosted on this domain, so the page loads nothing from outside servers.

Just one thing: your choice of light or dark theme, and only if you change it with the theme switch. Your browser keeps it in its local storage (localStorage) under the key “ac-theme”. It stays on your device and is never sent to anyone, me included. To remove it, clear this site’s data in your browser settings.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any hosting provider, Cloudflare records some technical data about each request, such as the IP address, the date and the page requested, for security and to keep the service running. How Cloudflare handles it is explained in its privacy policy.

If you call me, or write to me on WhatsApp or by email, I use the details you give me (name, number, email and the content of your message) only to reply. If we then work together, I also use them for the quote and the work itself. The legal basis is your request and the pre-contractual steps that follow from it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I keep the data for as long as these purposes require and, where it is needed for tax records, for as long as the law requires. WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy policy.

At any time you can ask me for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its use or to send it to you in a portable format, and you can object to its processing (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). An email to alberto@albertocampigotto.com is enough. If you think your data is being handled unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, at garanteprivacy.it.
